EXCELLENT Stay!

helpful staff complimentary pastries great location

The staff WAS super helpful and friendly. They stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I appreciated the complimentary pastries and coffee in the morning. It was a VERY nice touch. The location is amazing. It's so close to both Little Italy and Chinatown.

The elevator was occasionally slow. It caused slight delays.

The Beautiful Queen Room included a comfortable queen bed and good climate control. There were also two complimentary bottles of water were available upon arrival, a pleasant bonus. A desk and chair provided a functional workspace.

The front desk staff responded quickly to requests, offering extra towels when needed. The staff was really attentive. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and made beds daily, so the room stayed tidy.

The hotel lobby featured a coffee corner in the morning. Muffins and cookies were available throughout the day! Vending machines offered snacks and drinks. A good option for late-night cravings.

fantastic spot downtown!

clean room fresh towels excellent restaurants superb location

i loved this hotel! the beautiful double room was quite spacious and very clean. the staff provided fresh towels daily, a great touch i appreciated. the hotel's proximity to little italy made finding excellent restaurants super easy.

i wish the elevator was a bit faster, but it was a minor issue.

the lobby offered complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. afternoon cookies were a good bonus. ice water was always available near the entrance, a nice touch on warm days. the staff kept everything super clean.
